T-Mobile’s second smartphone that runs on Google’s Android mobile is MyTouch 3G. But while the MyTouch 3G has a lot going for it—a nice screen, lightweight design and 1.5 update to the Android operating system—it still has flaws like the on-screen keyboard for example.

However, MyTouch 3G sports an eye-catching design—sleek, nicely curved and with idiosyncratic design touches. A 16GB microSD card worth $40-50 comes with the Fender LE model and endows the MyTouch music capacity equal to the high-end iPod nano. The music player can also handle almost any sound file format and some the iPod cannot.

The phone has a selection of apps, a responsive touchscreen and a strong user interface which provides easy customization. Nonetheless many customers had problems with the phone’s SD card and had to go for a replacement.
