Description

The Samsung Strive is a budget phone which is classified by AT&T as a “quick messaging” gadget. It sports a QWERTY keyboard which gives priority to messaging services like IM, SMS/MM as well as email.

The Strive is a slider that will remind you of a bar soap due to its smooth and nicely rounded edges. It feels like the cheap phone it is when on hand—nice weight but lower grade on materials when compared to high end phones.

The displays takes most of the front side when closed. The keyboard isn’t bad but has little small keys tightly packed. The battery easily slides off—in which case you have to remove to get to the microSD slot. You can however amazingly insert/remove the SIM card without removing the battery.
