The Nokia E5 is a smartphone aimed at the business market. They intend it for personal use as well and it’s packed with features that make it ideal for your work and home. There’s a full QWERTY keyboard with a screen above it and the design is sleek and smooth as you’d expect from the world’s most popular cell phone producer. The phone supports the HSDPA network and has built-in WiFi for easy access to the internet. There’s a GPS function that will help you out if you get lost. Ovi Maps works great and quickly. The Nokia E5 smartphone knows that today’s user is likely on any number of social networking sites and it’s just a few button presses before you’re on the one of your choice from LinkedIn to Facebook and everything in between. The display is small at 2.4 inches but that’s a sacrifice made to allow for the keyboard. The resolution is low at 320x240 but this isn’t a multimedia phone so much as it’s a business phone so that’s to be expected. The phone comes with a 2gb microSD card so you can store anything you’d like and it can be increased up to 32gb if you use your own card. The internal memory is only 250mb so you’ll definitely need a big card if you’re going to be making use of all the apps that are available for a smartphone. The Nokia E5 can also be used to listen to music and play video but it’s not the perfect choice for those activities. They’re best thought of as a small side benefit in case you want some music while you’re on the way to work, etc. It’s a good phone for the business user.
