Description The Nokia 3120 Classic is a fantastic 3G phone with a familiar design made especially for those looking to get into 3G with entry level prices. The phone comes loaded with 2 megapixel camera with flash, MP3 player, FM radio, upto 4Gb in memory and a great battery life.
While the phone is an entry-level offering phone it does follow suit of Nokias hassle free phone. You should have no issues with this simple yet powerful phone.
Its pretty small in size so it will fit wherever you need to put it and not weight you down. You will hardly feel it in your pocket. At first glance the phone looks a little cheap and plastic but its actually sturdy enough to handle to riggors of day to day life. They frontend has a 5-way navigational button and the keypad is big enough for easy use. For such a small phone the 2 inch screen seems pretty bug and delivers a bright display of 16 million colors and a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. The screen is about as good as those on much more expensive higher-end phones produced by Nokia.
So being a 3G phone it has all the latest 3G bells and whistles. Quadband GSM so you never get lost when you are traveling. The camera is only a 2 megapixel but it does ok taking pictures and the built-in flash and video recorder help things along and let you make video calls. Its not the best camera out there and its slightly lower grade the competing Son Ericsson K770i but its still better then a lot of the others in the same price range. Other standard features include a music player to keep you in the groove and a FM player to make sure you stay there. You will need to get an 3.5mm adapter if you want to use your own headphones or alternatively you can use a Bluetooth headset. One thing lacking in this otherwise sweet phone is built-in memory. They only give you 24 MB of internal memory so it only holds a few of your favorite tracks but the memory slot can handle cards as big as 4GB so that should do you just fine.
The phone has all the features that you would expect in a 3G phone and even a mini Opera based browser for surfing the web and checking your emails and keeping your life organized. The battery life on the Nokia 3210 Classic is actually really good. They claim that you can rock it for 12 days but from all the tests around you will likely see about 5 solid days use which is pretty good for a phone these days.
In summary the Nokia 3120 is not the latest and greatest but it has most of the features you need but then again it doesn't cost a whole bunch either. Great for those on a budget but still want to use the 3G network features
