Motorola V3X is a clamshell phone that resembles V3 RAZR, but a little bit thicker than it. The given phone has a 2 megapixel camera and video camera with high resolution of 640x480 pixels. The camera has a LED flash and supports macro mode. The Motorola V3X has a 3G functionality meaning the phone can be used for video calling, music and video downloads, as well as streamed TV.

The Motorola V3X has an MP3 player that supports MP3, WMA as well as AAC+ audio formats. The phone can be connected to other devices with the aid of Bluetooth.
