Madonna's biography.
Madonna Louise Veronica Ciccone was born on 16th of August 1958 in Bay City, Michigan. She was the third child in a family. She has two brothers: Anthony and Martin. The girl was given the name of her mother, Madonna. In order not to confuse her with her mother they called her Little One Nonny. Thus, Madonna has a name that has not an Italian, but French and Canadian origin, because the family of her mother came from Canadian Frenchmen. Her father, an automatics engineer, brought his children with strictness. He demanded that they pay a mandatory Sunday visit to church and study diligently in school. Her mother, Madonna Fortini, was a very beautiful woman. She gave birth to three more children after Madonna: Paulu, Christopher and Melanie.
In her childhood, Madonna was equally a nice and playful child. She loved her mother very much. When Madonna was over 5 years old her mother died from cancer. This was a real tragedy to the young girl. Messana, a childhood girlfriend of Madonna, is now an actress and the mother of four children. She remembers Madonna as "a very gentle, beautiful little girl with long dark-brown curly hair. She had a birthmark on her face and she wanted to get rid of it."
Ciccone Family was so devout that children were awoken up at six o'clock every morning to let them stay in church for one hour before they go to parish school. In 1966 Madonna's father buried his wife and then married the housekeeper Joan Gustafson that lived in their house. Then they had two more children. They say that Madonna felt it difficult to adapt to stepmother. Shocking behavior of girl was noticeable only in school. "I wanted to do everything the wrong way round – says Madonna – I was prohibited to make up, wear nylon stockings and have a short cut." As a protest, in order to attract more attention, Madonna wore differently colored stockings.
Once she acted in an amateur film on a home studio of her friend. According to the topic she had an egg being fried on her stomach. Afterwards, she took part in talents contest, where she danced being dressed only in bikini. Her beautiful, thrilling blue eyes hid a keen intellect and strong determination to achieve success. Even the loss of virginity she considered as another step to her career. Nevertheless, in the catholic school in which she studied she received only excellent marks. In the elder classes she became an organizer of school fans on sports events, played in amateur theater, and participated in ballet studio. After successful finishing of school she joined ballet. Due to her plasticity and love to dance she was granted a scholarship as a best dancer in Michigan University. About three years she worked under Christopher Flynn command. He was for her as a teacher, father and beloved person. He counted her the beautiful person and the best follower. But there was no chance that real love appears between them as Chris was a homosexual. However, he was the just person with whom Madonna visited disco clubs were the men with similar inclinations got together. Maybe, namely here she derived her future games in bisexuality. Suddenly, Madonna made up her mind that she can make her career only in New York.
