 Kesha (Ke$ha. Natural name is Kesha Rose Sebert. Born date 1 march of 1987, Nashwill, Tennessee USA) American singer, author of songs. Started her career in 2006, but boomed in 2009 after taking part in track “Right Round” of american rapper Flo Rida. Kesha’s debute solo sing “Tik Tok” reached american top Billboard Hot 100. Release of the first album took place in 5 the january of 2010.
Kesha Sebert was born in Los Angeles and grew up only by mother Pib Serbet, who was also a singer and author of many songs. Moreover she engaged in educating Kesha’s older brother, while their family is suffering lack of money. In 1991 the family Serbet moved to Nashville, Tennessee - the legendary capital of American country music where Kesha spent her childhood in local studios with brother. Sometimes Kesha was very surprised that other children in her age have grown up in some other circumstances. In 17 years Kesha came back to Los Angeles to continue a musical career. Kesha’s musical material amazed Dr. Luke so much that he and Max Martin offered her work together.
As many stars Kesha had difficulties before beginning her career. She earned lack of money and had to moonlight, simultaneously recording her songs in the studios, cooperating with different producers and creating songs for other artists. Once Kesha made up her mind to have a producer Prince. Bribing his gardener foxy Kesha entered the villa and saw famous musician privately. She got lucky to give her album Prince.
In the period from 2006 to 2009 Kesha’s music appears in many Tv serials and Tv shows. Right at that time she takes part in a new single “This Love” australian musical group The Veronicas and moreover records Britney Spears’s set of back – vocals in the track “Lace and Leather” and takes part in Katy Perry’s video clip for the track “I Kissed a Girl”. Such a cooperation was possible through friendship Kesha and Katy Perry and their frequent meetings in Los Angeles.
The “Right Round” of american rapper Flow Ride was the reason for Kesha’s next popularity. The song was produced by Dr. Luke. He suggested Kesha to Flow Ride, when the world famous rapper decided that he needs woman’s vocals for his new single. Flow Ride liked Kesha’s vocals so much that invited the girl to work on a new song “Touch Me” in the same album. Nevertheless Kesha didn’t take money for her participation and refused to take part in the video clip “Right Round”, because she herself wanted to get popularity. Very soon Kesha signed the contract with RCA Records and decided to work with Dr Luke to create her debute album “Animal”
Kesha’s debute single “Tik Tok” headed american top Billboard Hot 100 and was sold in 610 thousand copies which is the best indicater in the Christmas week in the US and besides the best selling digital female – singer. The same song became the number one in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Norway.
