Akon has got famous just recently and recorded just one album. This R&B singer already dreams to be famous like Jay-Z and Diddy. "We have created a company Konvict Records and it gives good results" he said on the ceremony of
Vibe Awards while his protégé T-Pain whose album was recorded on this record label was standing by – "I'm launching my own line of brilliant jewelry that you will be able to see on February. And, of course, we are going to open a company Konvict Films and shoot films about prisoners, their past and present life, so that the children would be able to see these films and not repeat the mistakes of these people". In the first film, which is planned to be shot in 2006, the leading part will be played by Akon, who as you know served time in jail.
