Rumours have it that Nokia is looking to jump into the netbook market with a new Android operating system based machine. The news comes even after Nokia and Intel announced their collaboration on the Moblin & Maemo Linux platforms. Website GigaOm is reporting that the new netbook will be ARM-based and will run with Google’s Andriod OS. Nokia plans to sell the units using their carrier network. It will be a struggle for Nokia since the market is currently dominated by traditional PC manufacturers.
