The word from Nokia is that the issue was with configuration within the 5800 XpressMusic and it had issues connecting to the 3G network. Finally they sorted that out and you can now contact Nokia and get your phone switched out to resume you regular downloading of cell phone ringtones and wallpapers. This is certainly good news from the folks at Nokia.
