Nokia has decided to put the Ovi Share service on hold and focus instead on growing the Ovi Store. It has decided to pull its funding for the media sharing service. It will however keep the service running and try to further integrate other sharing services like Facebook and Flickr rather then compete against them. The largest cell phone maker is instead revamping the Ovi Store in order to create more revenue. The Ovi sharing service has been around since 2008 when it was unveiled at the Mobile World Congress trade show.
