Apple battles with Samsung in Europe

Apple Company wants to protect its patents by demanding justice to prohibit Samsung from selling some of its appliances in European Union.
Apple demands that Dutch clients of Samsung take Samsung devices from their counters and warehouses otherwise the clients will be considered guilty of breaking intellectual right of Apple.
Samsung is the second largest producer of smartphones in the world. In Europe Samsung delivers more smartphones than Apple. However, if the Hague’s court will decide that Samsung violates Apple’s patent then Samsung will lose most part of its market share in Europe.
Samsung may start losing buyers even if the court doesn’t take a decision on withdrawal of Samsung’s smartphones from sale and stocks because a lot of purchasers may decide not to buy smartphones until Samsung and Apple sort it all out. Final buyers may also think not to purchase Samsung’s smartphones because when they will have their smartphones out of order no one will repair them.
Apple battles with Samsung around the world, because by crushing Samsung Apple will receive great profits by selling its smartphones. It looks strange because Samsung produces parts for Apple’s iPads.
